Hyundai is all out testing another generation i10 on Indian roads, that may co-exist with the current model. Another gen i10 will probably be badged since the Hyundai Brilliant for India, positioned right between the current i10 and i20. This vehicle will mark Hyundai's foray to the diesel small car category. The i20 is just a big hatchback and priced quite high for the diesel variants, resulting in little competition to segment leader Maruti Suzuki Swift. However the Brilliant will soon be available with a diesel heart.
After carefully examining the test mules, we've tried to accurately take away the camouflage from the automobile to offer a photo of what lies beneath. As can be seen within our rendering of the Hyundai Brilliant above, the automobile has quite a lot of body styling just like the existing i10. The test mules have now been running by having an aggressively styled front bumper and the automobile will probably feature the fluidic design treatment. It is possible that Hyundai may be running the test vehicles with dummy styling to stop giving out the styling of the car.
Hyundai has altered the platform of the automobile that may have a longer wheelbase. Thus extensive tests are increasingly being done to ensure the Hyundai Brilliant is mechanically sound. The interiors have now been given a comprehensive makeover as well. To be stated in India and Turkey, the second generation i10 will soon be powered by a range of engines (including a 1.1-liter, 3-cylinder diesel).
